This website introduces Dear Us Photography's services and starting package information. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a photography agreement.
Bookings and payments
A session is reserved only after both parties sign a photography agreement and the required retainer listed in the proposal is received. Final pricing, payment dates, deliverables, and coverage are confirmed in that agreement.
Weather, rescheduling, and cancellation
Outdoor sessions may need timing or location adjustments because of weather. Rescheduling, cancellation, and retainer terms are provided in the signed photography agreement. Clients should communicate changes as early as possible.
Delivery
Website turnaround times are estimates based on the selected package and begin after the completed session. Custom wedding delivery timelines are stated in the client's proposal or agreement.
Photographs and creative work
Dear Us Photography retains copyright in the photographs unless a written agreement states otherwise. Clients receive the personal-use permissions described in their agreement. Images may not be sold, materially altered, or used commercially without written permission.
Love Stories and public features
Love Story pages, testimonials, photographs, and social posts require permission. Couples are responsible for ensuring that the personal information they provide is accurate and appropriate to publish.
